Hey guys.. feel bad i couldnt be there... but the legs not good. Got a sports orthopedic Dr appointment in 2 weeks... but ive talked to a Dr on the phone... and shes figuring 4 weeks out. Partially torn Quad is what she thinks it is, theyll know after an exam on the 19th.

Id rather sit out these next few and be back for last few and playoffs... cause we're winning this thing gentlemen... yes we are.

As for the game we won 3-0, it was a weird match to say the least, near the end there were a few ejections against our opponents, they were a little upset with the ref. He gave a few yellows, they kept talking and he threw them out, he then asked them to leave the area, they wouldn't so he called the game with less than a minute on the clock.

glad to hear about the win, makes me happy. also weird to hear about the ejections. this is now the third team who gets frustrated by our good play!

I have to say that was one of the best meltdowns I've ever seen. Yes, the ref was young, but really, you just watched the ref red card one of your players, and you have a yellow yourself? What do you do? If you answer get in the face of the ref and scream at him, you must play for Arirang. And if at first your do not get ejected, try try again.

Was it over the top? Yes, Was the ref right? Not entirely, but really, you'd think they just STFU and play after two guys getting ejected. It's too bad they forget this league is the low wreck league that we all paid to play lol.

Derek, sorry to hear you got injured. Had you been there today I'm pretty sure 3-0 would have come much easier. It took quite a while for that 2nd goal. Rest well. Hopefully it's not a sprained MCL like I got.

#3 shouldn't have walked off the pitch like that, all he had to do was ask for a substitution. There was less than one minute on the clock! Their coach should have subbed him out a few minutes prior to that, we could all see that he was going to get his second yellow soon. My biggest gripe with Airirang was that reckless tackle on Quinton, I now they were frustrated with the referee but that was ridiculous!!

I totally agree that foul was ridiculous.
