If CFC wins thier last game against Waves, and keeps the Waves from scoring 4-5 goals, Arsenal gets regulated due to tie breaker of "allowing more goals" then CFC.

Of course this changes every season as teams fold/rebuild. but we're looking at Possibly:
Either Olympic Memphis or Phoenix SC (If OM wins it's last game, Phoenix moves down on Head to Head Tiebreaker)
Midtown SC
Nutbush
Arsenal or CFC
AC Frayser
Pride.
That's a good conference to play against as well
